Online Therapy in California
Jeremi is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist working virtually in California.
As a therapist
I hold a holistic view. For me, that means seeing mind, body, and spirit together in layered contexts of family, relationships, cultures, etc. I find that each level of experience can be an entry point to the others. With curiosity, I follow what is important and alive for you while utilizing my role to guide and support you. I commit to doing my own work to educate myself around blindspots and strive to show up in humility and with self-awareness.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. My training includes a Gestalt Therapy Associateship at the Church St Integral Counseling Center and further development at the Bay Area Gestalt Institute. I specialize in integrative somatic couple therapy through my associateship with The Couples Center, as well as through PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy: a fusion of attachment theory, developmental neuroscience, and arousal regulation). I hold a certificate in Integrative Somatic Parts Work, informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), under the guidance of Frances D. Booth, LICSW. Additionally, I completed Hakomi Professional Training, which is mindful somatic psychotherapy. My training in the Innate Somatic Intelligence Trauma Approach, led by Manuela Mischke Reeds, emphasizes somatic trauma therapy and the psychobiological models of trauma in the body. I also engage in expressive arts therapy through the Tamalpa Life/Art process, facilitated by Wendi Raw, and participated in an ongoing women's shadow work group, "Embracing the Shadow," led by Hannah Green, MFT. My diverse background equips me to support clients on their healing journeys with compassion and expertise.
